Badass Rank is earned by completing challenges. I just find results that I already know how to do in Gibbed. Badass Rank is a reward system in Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. I tried googling this up but I don't know exactly what to google. This is just an example here of what I really want to do. For instance, I find a legendary class mod for claptrap which makes my cool down rate +31%, however I simply want to change that %31 to something like %500.
